Parkview Place Apartments

I've been a renter over 4 yrs now and it's quiet and good priced, maintenance is always on it when asked about an issue just good place to rent from,there clean and spacious apartment

These apartments are crap. They recently renovated them and dont get me wrong they look very nice on the inside! However: They tried to make it more secure by requiring a key to go upstairs but its not secure for the downstairs people because it someone wants to come rob them, it won't be much struggle. It is beyond incovenient to have to come all the way from the second story to come let your guests in EVERY TIME. Not only that, the building is infested with roaches. Yea you heard me, infested. You will kill at least 5 daily and that's if you keep your apartment clean. They don't mention that when they get you to sign the lease though. Also, in the summer time, when it was 100+ degrees, there was no air for the entire building for about 3 weeks. When I called and complained, they said "we

Thin walls but homey and a good deal. For the location it's a steal. Just make sure you're always vigilant it's a pocket of not a great area at night.
