Good area, decent neighbors. Downside is rent is increased every single year that I have renewed my lease. Also, very hard to motivate management to turn on boiler when weather changes. Sometimes difficult to get maintenance done in a timely fashion. Good area, clean apartments. Just be prepared to fight for heat in the fall, and at least a one hundred dollar increase in rent every single year, no exceptions.
Lived here for 3.5 years. Management was responsive and very friendly. Competitive rates and a quality experience, right by the Rocky River Metropark, Big Met golf course, and in close driving proximity to Kamm's Corner, Rocky River, Lakewood, and the airport!
Old outdated apartments. Bad water pressure, old plumbing, apartments have been leaking for 3 years with nothing done about it. No routine maintenance in the units only half attempted fixes. Will let you move in prorated, but will not work with you if you need the last month prorated.
