Parkview Estates

Parents have lived here for several years. I lived there from 2018-april 2020. During covid they raised rent which I believe was illegal because it went agajnst the executive order. It used to be a great place to live. Also I was in a section 8 and my brother's (who lived in the the same building) wasn't, but we paid the same amount. At no point did I see a difference of having the section 8.

This place needs a lot of work along with there manager. They had mice one year and we had to set up our own traps with our son being a year old! They don’t communicate with you at all unless it is something they need from you, don’t even bother putting in a maintenance request because they ignore them and only check when there yearly property inspector or someone big from the company is visiting. They used a hanging mirror to cover up a hole in our door so they didn’t have to fix it and when we moved out they charged us for the damage when they knew it was there before we moved out! Unless this property is bought out and under new ownership do not rent from them. Plenty of other great places to rent in waseca or around!
