Parkview Court

I lived here for three years. When someone broke into my car and I went to the office to complain, they simply looked at me and did nothing. When I decided to move out, I gave notice and returned the keys on the last day of my occupancy. I did not hear from them again until a collection company started calling, claiming that I owed Parkview money. I paid my rent and all bills through my last day. I was later told that I did not give a 60-day notice, which they said required one month’s rent. Then they claimed I returned the keys on the 1st of the following month, which they said meant anothet one months’ rent. After that, they continued adding different charges. They will look for any way to damage your credit. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

My experience with the management ladies was excellent Destini & Kasheema made my application process and onboarding easy and smooth my apartment is nice everything is brand new I know I’m new resident after reading some of these reviews I have nothing bad to say about my experience so far with Parkview Courts

The rent here might be “affordable” at $950, but trust me, it’s not worth it. The people who run this place are rude, dismissive, and act like you’re bothering them just for asking basic questions. You’d think since the apartments have problems with roaches, rats, and flooding, management would at least make up for it by treating people with respect but nope, they couldn’t care less. This isn’t luxury living, it’s a run-down mess. The attitude of the staff alone is enough to make anyone want to walk away. I’d rather pay a little more somewhere else and actually be treated like a human being than deal with this nonsense. If you want constant disrespect on top of living with pests and problems, then yeah this place is for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Find another place. This complex is infected with mouse/Rats/Roaches and more.. By moving here, you are risking your life and your children’s life.., We were constantly sick. The mouse infestation is so bad that I don’t even know how to explain it. There is no safe place for your food. Those mouse/rat 🐀 🐁 have become so smart that they can literally get into any and everything, I don’t care how crafty you are.. calling the management office might just be a waste of your time.. because they will do nothing about it.. 90% of the people in that management office is rude, unprofessional and just nasty. if something is broken, you’re on your own… nothing can be repaired right.. Don’t even get yourself into a situation where you have to go to small claims court.. they will take your security

Do not be fooled by the cheap rent prices because there is definitely a price to PAY. First there’s constant mouses running through the apartments , when I first moved here I seen a baby mouse decided to take it outside not thinking anything of it because sometimes things just happen until a couple months later , I see 2-3 mouses a night! Let’s not forget weird looking bugs crawling on the top of the walls. I also seen roaches behind my fridge. Maintenance randomly comes to “ check” for leaks without any notice. The blinds are very cheap can’t even put any curtains up. The drains are horrible and water takes forever to go down.When it rains power constantly goes out and leaks through making the carpet by the windows soaked. The doors are very cheap and fragile. The thermostat is constantly
