Hello 1st Lake Management Team. My name is Zinnia Andara and I live at one of the Parktowne Townhouses. I wanted to take the opportunity to say what a wonderful job the Manager Andriane is doing. She is so AMAZING! Always positive and willing to help whenever we call for something. She always follows up and has been the best manager!! I can't say enough about the manager, Adrienne. Adrienne is a star and in my opinion the greatest of all time(G.O.A.T) in terms of being a manager at a property. We were out of state and looking for a temporary place to rent and called the ParkHome property to check if we could rent there. Adrienne was so nice, accommodating and always went out of her way to do more than what we asked. When you call, please make sure you ask for Adrienne. She is a wonderful person and her manager should give her a raise. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Our family just relocated to Metairie from out of state. We wanted to find a spacious, affordable home in a neighborhood with trees and easy convenient access to interest points fitting for us. We found Parktowne and are so happy we did! It is so cute and charming we are so happy and feel like this is HOME. The leasing office smoothly helped us make all the arrangements and provided useful information to make our move as easy as possible. I'm planning on moving in to this location soon and was very impressed by Danielle, the property manager. She was incredibly accommodating with her time to show me the available units and went out of her way to be helpful. I look forward to living in a spacious apartment with responsive management.

I have been living at the Parktowne Apartments for a couple of months now and I can not properly express my happiness with my home here. This is a well managed and maintained place, which is very hard to find in New Orleans. The manager (Dawn) does an outstanding job as well as the maintenance supervisor (Frank). Our home is huge and has parking for two vehicles, we have a back yard that opens up to a large green area with a walking path, lots of trees and three swimming pools. It is a quite and clean environment. If you are lucky enough to be able to live here you will not regret it.
