Parkside @ Westfield

We moved into Building 2 on 8/15/25. I believe it was the first day available, as they had just passed their final inspections. After only 4 days, Parkside at Westfield has truly impressed us. Our unit uses space incredibly well - ample storage, a kitchen thats as functional as it is stylish, and bedrooms that serve as genuine retreat spaces. The open concept living area is perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings in. The abundance of natural light makes each apartment feel both refined and welcoming. Our most cherished space is the large balcony, overlooking a park area and stream. The balcony is large enough for a small couch, and a high top table to work or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The staff at Parkside have been attentive and courteous to me. Any issues that needs attention is addressed immediately. Robinson, The maintenance manager, He is very efficient and prompt when maintenance is needed. I greatly appreciate services provided like such as 24hr maintenance service for just in case of emergency. I love the Property Managers rapid response when you call they answer immediately. Staff like Zach, Karla, and Anna show enthusiasm and polite communication at all times. If they would be busy with another resident or a potential resident, They would immediately call you back. Parkside staff constantly make community engagement efforts for the residents and provide daily cleanliness. This has to be the best living experience amongst staff and residents I’ve ever experienc

Apartments are beautiful, staff is amazing and great customer service. Their response times are always so quick, everything is so clean and organized. Zach is wonderful along with Robinson from maintenance does a great job at fixing any problems you may have. This apartment is so phenomenal!

We have had such an amazing experience with the entire team at Parkside. Karla was so helpful and patient in our search for an apartment and the entire leasing team, including Anna and Zach as well, were so attentive and responsive throughout the leasing and move-in process. Since moving in, Robinson has been so attentive as well, helping us with all of our maintenance requests in such a timely manner. He listens to our requests and goes above and beyond to help us.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Parkside @ Westfield. Anna, Zach and Karla went above and beyond to ease my transition from living in a house on Long Island to this incredibly beautiful apartment complex in Westfield. The maintenance team responds quickly and professionally. I look forward to using the amenities offered. Thank you for making this move easier for me.
