Parkside Village Apartments

When we toured the representative told us we would not need to turn on our gas because our unit did not have a fireplace. So, later, when we moved in I just turned on the electricity not the gas. Eight months later we get a huge charge on our rent. I call the office and leave a message but I got no reply. I call again a week or so later and they get extremely rude and tell me that my gas is required to be on and that’s why my bill is so high then they threaten to turn off my heat in the middle of winter if they don’t get the money within one DAY. (Very illegal) The units are ok but not great. Also the neighbors are mostly older and will call management over VERY little things. Some were nice but it only takes one to really get annoying. I moved out last year. Found a much better place to l
