Parkside Terrace Apartments

I absolutely love living here at Parkside Terrace apartments! I moved here in 2021! I noticed that Parkside Terrace Apts has changed for the better. I like my landlords Pete and Bill! They are professional, generous and good. The maintenance guy is friendly, trustworthy man that works hard to get the work orders done. They have clubhouse get togethers so the neighbors can get acquainted with each other! I like my neighbors because they are friendly. I have lived here for 3 1/2 years, and it's a peaceful family friendly place to live. Welcome to Parkside Terrace Apartments! ❤️

Management and staff have welcomed our family into the neighborhood with open arms and have made us feel like this is finally a place to call "home." We are from out of state, so finding a place here in Arizona as welcoming as this staff has been has made all the difference in our family's transition.

Absolutely love it here. The landlord is really nice so is the maintenance guy. They have community get togethers from time to time so that the neighbors can get acquainted with each other. All the neighbors I have met so far are really friendly. Would highly recommend.

Visiting Niece for Thanksgiving before heading back home to Vermont. Not a bad place really. There's Mansfield Park across the street. And a dog park across from that. Neighbors aren't too bad, friendly some. Office staff seems real friendly but then I'm just visiting. The older kids are tearing up the place however and they could use a camera or two and they'd see it for themselves. Like I said not a bad place really.

Well so far so good. I've met the manager Jacqueline the day I found out about Parkview and she was more than cooperative and more concerned about our welfare. Keep up the good work Jackie. See you soon?
