Management company is horrible. Nobody gets back to you people keep screaming in the hallway. I have complaint to management. I guess they have put me in a section 8 building and nothing has been done I paid so much rent because they don’t even get it right I try to pay my rent on the fifth, but what they do on purpose they close the app at a certain time so you can’t pay and then they charge you the late fee charge

I've been living here for almost a year, and my experience has been wonderful. The leasing office team, especially Miss Denia and Miss Giuliana, are always so helpful, and the maintenance staff is great as well. The community feels safe and I love the surprise food truck visits and the seasonal events they organize for the kids. As far as cleanliness, the property does their best but you can’t control residents that don’t respect their own living space or common areas. It is what it is. I'm excited to see what events they have planned next!

I never got my $600 deposit back it has been 3 years now and no one calls me or lets me know what is going on I would never give this place my money until move in people don’t make the same mistake !!?

I feel my time here has been very enjoyable. In meeting new neighbors. Seeing how the staff are so concerned for the residents' well-being. Also, making sure we have a clean environment. Also, being as helpful as possible when needed.

Julia or Giuliana sorry if I missed spelled. was great made my process a breeze , assisted me with all the documents I needed and even stayed past hours to make sure I completed everything will recommend to friends and family .
