Parkside Punta Gorda

DON’T LIVE HERE!! This was without question the worst apartment community I have ever lived in. The management and staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive particularly the women in the office. Their behavior was disrespectful and hostile whenever concerns were raised. The only positive experience I had was with Nick, who was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, he was the exception. On move-in day, the woman who showed us the apartment and handed over the keys admitted she had been drinking at brunch with friends and came in solely to give us the keys. She then proceeded to drive a golf cart around the property, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The other women working there were equally dismissive and condescending whenever we attempted to addre

Living in a community where people actually care is everything. I feel so great living and being part of a beautiful place where I know if I have anything that needs to be taken care off, it’s done very quickly. Things here are well planned out and there’s a sense of real community. I highly recommend living here. The warmth and welcome you will receive here is top notch..

Frustrated with this apartment complex. Wanted to renew my lease and saw that the apartment I lived in was now on the market for almost $200 cheaper per month than what I had been paying. They gave me the run around in the office instead of honoring what they are advertising. They tried to tell me there’s transfer fees to move into a new unit which I totally understand, however, it still would’ve been cheaper to have switched units. I just can’t seem to figure out the logic behind it because they’re gonna spend time and money repainting and cleaning my current unit if I were the move into the same floor plan unit. Just honor the price you’re displaying and stop playing games in the office. I’ve talked with many other people who live in this community and they’ve had a similar experience.

The staff was very nice, and helpful through the tour. And application process. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend. Seems like a wonderful place to live and call home!!!

We moved in about 5 weeks ago we love the community the grounds are kept beautiful everything is very clean the pool is awesome and the people are just as great! We put in a maintenance request Tuesday night and they were at our front door by Wednesday morning! The maintenance guys were Very fast and very nice! Nick and Sam in the front office are very welcoming and very quickly became a nice friendly face around the complex. I highly recommend this apartment complex as I’ve lived in many different ones. So happy to be here!
