Living at Parkside Place has truly been a blessing for me and my family. From the moment we moved in, David, Liz, Oscar, Maintenance and the entire concierge team including the cleaners have made us feel so cared for. They are always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything, big or small. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with genuine concern, and I always feel like the staff takes pride in keeping our community beautiful and well-maintained. My kids absolutely love it here. It’s safe, and welcoming and residents events are always happening which I appreciate. Great place to live! I've been searching for a high end building with reasonable price for quite some time and I'm glad to find this building with great management and amenities. The management team is very responsible and easy to work with, the concierge team is extremely friendly! All utilities included, 2 gyms which is a huge huge plus for me, and the view facing the pond is impeccable! The price for my apartment is very reasonable, especially you don't have to pay any utilities. Cons: Since this is not a brand new building, I do have a few maintenance requests, but the maintenance team is very responsive and took care of those issues in time. Awesome Place to LIVE Inn. Located on the side of a beautiful pond which is easily viewable from the front window of this building. Proper cleanliness and security is maintained. A very well managed apartment。 Across the street, there is Fresh Pond Reservation area, where we walk almost everyday.

We have lived at Parkside Place for the past three years and have had an excellent experience! Key qualities that we have always been satisfied with include: - The management and staff (David, Penny, and others) are so caring and responsive to our legitimate requests. - The neighborhood and amenities are accessible. - The maintenance team is VERY PROMPT in their responses!!! - The community is so family-friendly, and our baby boy is always greeted with warmth by both the staff and residents. - The concierge staff (Peter, Haile, Joe) are outstanding, providing attentive, respectful, and excellent service. I would suggest that rent increases be made a bit more predictable. Overall, I had a wonderful time living here. Thank you!
