I can’t express just how wonderful the experience my husband and I had with Parkside Management Company- especially with the property manager Debbie. Again, I can’t rave and say enough positive things! Always available anytime- consistent, reliable, trustworthy, dependable and considerate with anything that ever came up. If we experienced any issue, she was on top of it right away and would always see it through to the end. The owners of our rental unit were phenomenal as well. As a military couple, moving can be a stressful experience at times. Having a reliable company to deal with was invaluable. Our time in CA was certainly made better because of Parkside and because of Debbie. They worked with us every step of the way. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation. Thank you so much Parksid

Having previously been a homeowner, I had always heard others tell horror stories about renting. Several years ago I found myself without a home, without a place to live and I contacted Parkside property Management to see if they had any places for rent. Debbie spent time taking me to three different properties that at the time were available, I found one of them that would fit my needs. The only problem was I had a dog and I needed to have a place that would accommodate, Debbie found me the perfect match. A couple of years ago I was standing at the kitchen stove and I turned it on to cook a meal when I turned it on, the stove shorted out and there was an electrical explosion and smoke everywhere. I went to a local appliance store and selected the replacement oven and at the same time

We rented 2 different properties through Debi at Parkside Management with a total rental period exceeding 9 years. We have had ONLY positive experiences with this management company. Their professional, friendly and responsive nature is hard to match. Anytime we've had to communicate with the office or request repairs/maintenance, our request was responded to in a reasonable time period and was resolved fairly, professionally and efficiently. The only reason we are not renting from Parkside Management at this time is that we have moved out of state. Now that we're renting through a different management company, we clearly recognize just how wonderful Parkside Management was. We are very happy to pass along a recommendation. It certainly was earned and is well deserved!

I rented with Parkside management for a couple of years and I would highly recommend. Any issues that we had were addressed right away and Debbie was always very friendly and professional. If I am in need of a rental in the future I would definitely return!

My fiancé and I were really interested in a studio that someone from this office had contacted us to let us know it was available after another offer had fallen through. We had been in contact with a lady (Will not name) from Parkside & after viewing the studio we decided we would like to move forward with the decision...however when the lady set a date and time for the first down payment my fiance was not able to make it due to work so I went by myself..When I went to the office I was alone with said lady that we had spoken to before however this time with just myself , she was very rude and short with her answers. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day. ..They don't accept card so I was to go to the bank and come back with a check..She honestly seemed so bothered, annoyed AND
