New property manager and team are doing an amazing job at being communicative and solving problems very efficiently. Im looking forward to new things Grady puts in place and really hope it stays better than previous management.

Financial mess! I was told before moving here that I would qualify for the 1mon special, so I wouldn’t have to pay till the 1st Of November. However, when the time came, there was a miscellaneous amount stating that a total of $296 was due from a previous month. When discussed they were adamant it was a payment I needed to pay. Then after paying my rent, it hopped to $2000. Thankfully I had screenshots because after speaking to the office there were several new line items that weren’t there. After having the office calculate the amounts, they disclosed that someone would consult with me, but that never happened. So I called back and a new person relayed that it was an amount I already previously paid them when I moved in but it was never transferred to my account. We get to today 12/1 and

New management company is amazing! The new property manager Daija brings such a warm welcoming vibe when you come to the office. The Valentine’s Day event was so nice! Thanks Daija and Team!!!!!

Went on a tour and was greeted immediately in front of the office by property manager Chris. He was so welcoming and positive. Even took the time during application process to come talk and welcome me back to MD after going through Hurricane Helene. The property was clean and kept up. The staff was helpful professional and positive. They gave really good energy throughout the whole process. They offered something to drink, snacks, and made sure my kids were kept busy coloring. Great experience!

I just want to give a compliment to laione she friendly she was very patient with me and my mom also the maintenance David Edwin and donvon are nice to us and fixed things to the best they can want to compliment ms Farrah as we I live here for a year I’m gonna be honest is was the best when we move in hopefully it’s turning out to be a little bit better
