Parkside Gardens Apartments & Townhouses

The agent that I met with was very pleasant and had a beautiful personality. But I do not feel that somebody should be paying over $1300 for a storage unit for a building that smells like old people. That is down the street from an open drug market. Only because of the location. yes Lexington market is a beautiful location, but remember it derive from slavery and trauma. That should not be a good selling point especially for apartment complex. Go up and rent due to the history of slavery and trauma. And drug addicts down the street. Not worth it

Worst decision ever made. The upside is if you struggle paying rent on time they won't kick you out but, you will have to live with mice, maintenance is a joke and use more bug defoggers than you would have to in you lifespan

This place is just un managed and not responsible for understanding renters needs. Called the office plenty of time to report mice problems and still no one has came out. I live in 5102 building and this whole building is full of mice and they won’t do nothing about it. At the point I might as well report them for not caring about there renters.

Ive been living here for 12 years. My whole apartment has been remodeled. If I put a work order in they come out within a weeks time and if they don't i just call the downtown office to speak with the president and he makes they come. In the 12 years Ive only had to do that 2 times. I have good neighbors. We respect each other and our building. I have a cleaning business so the people who clean our building could go into a little more detail but the building is clean. The only issue I have is with the parking lot. We need ours done over. Other neighbors who drive need to park better and be more considerate of everyone else who wants to park in front their home after a long day at work.

This morning I called the maintenance office because my toilet was clogged and within 15min the guy come he was ready he brought hand snake and start twisting got it done and stayed until the toilet flush.Thank you for quick response.
