Parkside Commons - Taylor Morrison

We've enjoyed our experience with Taylor Morrison! Dawn Wood was phenomenal to work with. She addressed our needs both during and after the sales process. Chris Wilder was also great. He responded to our questions and was very helpful in ensuring that our requests made it to the right person. Devin Herschell has also been extremely helpful and responsive. He's done a great job of making sure our warranty requests are addressed timely and appropriately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Taylor Morrison - there's a reason they are America's Most Trusted Home Builder!

As a real estate broker, both I and my clients found the Taylor Morrison purchase experience top notch. Dawn Wood, the Parkside Commons sales rep, was always available, helpful, and ready to be of service. Chris Wilder, the project superintendent was the best I've ever seen. Personable, meticulous, happy to take care of anything my clients wanted. Last, but not least, the Parkside Commons product is beautiful, well thought out, and excellently built. Our experience with Taylor Morrison has been a good one. The purchase process was very easy and Construction Team took our concerns seriously. In our experience, they've been able to manage the contractors that are still on site working on the newer buildings with minimal disruption.

The townhomes are still under construction, which we expected, so no complaints there. The homes themselves are great, and the location is even better. The team, especially Dawn and AJ, was excellent to work with. We had a few minor new construction issues, but the important thing is they were addressed quickly and professionally. I would buy again and again. You really cant beat this location!

Just wanted to leave my initial impressions of the team so far. Since meeting Dawn, She has been stellar to work with and answers any questions and concerns or gets me in touch with those who can. Later AJ came into play during the building and completion phase. He has a keen eye and addresses issues promptly even those I may have missed. Finally, Devin has thoroughly reviewed pertinent home warranty information and what to expect going forward. While, there is a lot of information and ground to cover and future questions undoubtably will come up I have confidence that they will be answered. I’ve yet to move in but will provide follow up after doing. Kudos to all three of you!
