Parkside Browne's Addition

We have lived here for almost 2 years and going to miss it. Management and owner were VERY responsive to our concerns when incidents occurred and have been very proactive at addressing particular issues that have cropped up. We highly recommend Parkside Browne's Addition because of the walkability factor and proximity to restaurants (Jewel of the North, Italian Trattoria, etc), gas, groceries (Rosauers, Grocery Outlet), downtown, shopping (Riverfront Mall) and freeway access. Also, Coeur d'Alene Park is across the street, so if you have a dog it's very convenient.

Love living in Browne’s Addition and Parkside is great. The staff have been great and went above and beyond yesterday to get a tech out when the washing machine wouldn’t give me my clothing back. Quiet, tree covered, soft sound of children and a park for Angelo!

My girlfriend and I lived here for eight months and loved it! The apartment was great and very nicely suited our needs, and Royce was a fantastic property manager. He was very quick to address any and all concerns and feedback we had during our stay. All-in-all a great place to live!

This was a great place to stay in browns addition. Felt very secure in the building. Keep in mind it is right across the street from the park so there is some homeless activity. Maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Royce the apartment manager was great, always easy to get ahold of. If i could give this place 4.5 stars I would. The only reason is because often amazon wouldn't deliver packages into the package room and would just leave them outside. I told Royce about this as I was moving out a few months ago, and hopefully that has been addressed since then. :) It's really a great place to live with only that single issue.

Great place, quiet, good location close to downtown and i90. No complaints. Just know the buildings are access controlled, so if you are an Amazon Prime user, it's hit or miss with the packages actually making it outside your actual door.
