Parkside at Maple Canyon

What matters most to me is how a business treats clients when there is an issue. Deanna, the property manager attempts to meet my needs or tries to meet me halfway when there is problem. My AC broke recently and I was impressed by the professionalism showed by the staff. It was replaced promptly and the follow up was great! Adam, the maintenance manager is great at what he does and he is super helpful and kind.

I lived at Parkside 19 years ago and loved this community so much that I was fortunate to move back to Columbus and get another beautiful townhome last summer and it's great to be back! This is a well kept, beautiful, quiet suburban community close to everything! Deanna, our Manager is extremely friendly and helpful with all your needs and keeps you informed on any issues. Adam, our Maintenance man is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and gets the job done quickly! Both are great people and I always enjoy coming to the office and talking with them! Both will make your living experience here at Parkside at Maple Canyon a fun and enjoyable one! 5 stars!!!!

I've lived at this complex since 2000. Love it!! I have changed locations here as my needs have changed over the years. Recently I had a couple of minor service issues which I scheduled on-line. To my surprise Adam, a new service tech to me, was here to take a look at the needs. He needed a new part for one and fixed the other at that time. Adam left for a short time then arrived back in an hour and replaced the needed part. I was so pleased with his courtesy and professionalism that I had to do something to say thanks. Thanks Adam-keep up the good work.

Living here has been awesome! The new manager is super helpful and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. Adam, the maintenance guy, is just as great—fast, efficient, and always gets things done. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on both of them when something comes up!

I've been living at Parkside at Maple Canyon for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. What really sets this place apart is the property manager. Deanna is incredibly friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this complex!
