Just moved in! This is an affordable apartment complex that is currently under renovation. My experience at Parkside of Arlington Apartments complex has been pleasant. It is a great location near UTA, fast food restaurants and retail shopping centers. The services include management, maintenance and amenities that are accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient, which create a comfortable living environment. The units are spacious, which allows you to fix a king -size bed comfortably, a 9 foot sofa and a large dining room table that sits 6 people. It also has an online rent portal which allows you to receive credit for paying your rent on time at all the of the major credit bureaus like: TransUnion, Experian and Equifax.
