Parkside Apartments

Good neighborhood and it’s nice to live near the river and park, but… The walls are so thin that you hear everything from every neighbor; from arguments and intimacy to music, TV, and normal conversation. It’s located in an absolute food desert. No grocery stores around; not even fast food in walking distance. When I lived here, there was no on-site laundry facility. It’s been a few years and unless they’ve added one, you’ll have to use a laundromat. I would not recommend living here unless you own a car, have groceries delivered, don’t mind frequenting a laundry place (Spring Clean is a good one) or have friends or family who will allow you over to wash your clothes, and you either wear earplugs, AirPods or other headphones all the time, or you want company for the voices already in y

Now called the "Carter Apartments". New management (Point Guard Management) has been filling the apartments with very bad tenants. The entire building reeks of weed. A mice problem is not being dealt with. I wish I never signed this lease.

Newly renovated Apartments. Its now called The Carter. Beautiful one bedroom and studios with hardwood floors. Hi-tec security locks. They have balconies that are brand new as well.

They were very clean in the hallways the but they need to redo the one site to the north the blacktop it has a raise in it and I fell because there was that big bump there right alongside and hopefully I didn't break anything but who knows I'm pretty sore but otherwise it was a very nice place

Lots of open apartments. Not kept up. Cheap one bedroom apartments. Nice area of town!
