Pat sold my mom's house last September he was very professional and very respectful I thank pat for being a straight shooter up front and honest and plus he's selling my house now and I thank him his a good honest reilitor and a really good person God blessed

Pat is a straight shooter. We always rely on him for solid real estate advice and he's never steered us wrong. (Even when it meant less or no money for him.)

After renting a rundown trailer off this guy for almost 3 years. I can say he is a penny pincher. Our stove went out, he tried saying it wasnt the landlords responsibility to replace it. Took him 3 weeks to fix our sewage problem when the pipes broke. We had sewage coming in through the tub. And when he did come out to fix it he was snobby and rude to my daughters mother about a pacifier that was on the roof! This guy lies to make himself feel better and will try and manipulate people who seem to manipulate . Moved in to find the shed was FULL of trash from last remnant . tried blaming that on us too. I will never rent from you again pat. Thanks for teaching me a very valuable lesson. I should have put you in your place so many times but instead i let you THINK youbwere running us over!! Y

Useless don't rent from here and if you do and then decide to move out make sure you take all your things or they will steal your appliances for another rental and say they threw them away. Mind you all this was done to my elderly grandmother on a low income. He preys on the weak, he's a penny pincher, and he will up your rent without notice due to "cost of living." Cant help but be disgusted by this and felt it needed to be heard.

Poor communication poor listening. Doesn’t rent to first time renters. Everything about there service is poor offered multiple months of rent up front and more of a security deposit. No answer. Place is a joke
