Parks Edge at Bayberry

The entire process of review to purchase of our new home was made easy and stress free with the Sales Manager (Tammy Quiroz). She helped guide us through from start to finish and post settlement. We cant thank her enough for helping us get through this. The house and development is designed very well and we cant talk enough to the quality of the build. We are extremley satisfied with our new home in Parks Edge.

The Sales team at Blenheim - Tammy and Carolyn have been very responsive, friendly and helpful. Tammy was our primary contact. She went out of her way to simplify the process for us, provide good customer service and guide us along the way as we worked through various stages of the process. While we are in the early days post-close, I wanted to acknowledge Tammy's efforts to date. The selections that we made with Blenheim were as beautiful as we had hoped. Our home is gorgeous.

Building this house was unbelievably easier than building the previous 4 new houses we have had. It started with the warm welcome from Tammy Quiroz in the sales office, and everyone with whom we have had contact from Blenheim has been great. Problems (which have been minor) are fixed immediately by pleasant and competent workers. We are very happy we chose Parks Edge for our retirement years.

My wife and I moved into our new Parks Edge home in June 2025. We have been in our home now for almost 2 months and we are thrilled with our decision. Living in Parks Edge is like being on vacation everyday! Our neighbors are so friendly and welcoming, and my wife and I really feel like we moved into a tight-knit community. Our mornings are spent playing pickleball with our new friends, and weekends are relaxing by the pool. This community is exactly what we wanted for our retirement. When it comes to the house itself, we are very satisfied with the quality of the build and the features we selected. Is this house perfect? No, but nothing in this world is perfect. The small issues that were pointed out to Blenheim were addressed in a timely manner and ultimately resolved. We are very please

We had a wonderful experience working with Carolyn Disler at Parks Edge at Bayberry. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always generous with her time. The other sales team members were also fantastic, making themselves available whenever we needed help. Overall, Blenheim Homes delivers quality workmanship, and Carolyn and the sales folks made the home-buying process smooth and positive.
