I was surprised that my daughter had a negative experience today picking up an item from an online auction. It was a drop leaf table and she didn't have anyone with her to help her load it. If possible, we do try to have someone to help. She was told to "have fun" and was laughed at. Fortunately, an employee helped her even though he was told they couldn't be responsible for loading. (Thank you sir) Common courtesy isn't so common any more.

they lie about who won and waste peoples time, very weird vibes that I’ve never seen before. Don’t waste your time with them. 0 stars. Wouldn’t recommend at all; I wasted hours driving and they shook hands with me and accepted my bid then accepted a Lower/same bid by a few dollars?? I don’t know what they are running but it’s unethical and made me very uncomfortable especially the auctioneers tone in how dismissive he was when I asked him why someone else is writing a check for it? I don’t know what they’re running but it’s very immoral and unethical/uncalled for to be treated like this as a human being when they advertise fairness for all? Total bs !!!!!

I just recently had my 4th personal property auction with Mimi Genet at Bob Parks Auction. I’ve made a substantial amount of money each time due to Mimi’s knowledge and research of each individual item. She takes the time to name and describe each item along with photos. Use Mimi and her team. They will do a great job.
