I don't even live here, but boy I have never had this much difficulty trying to see a unit in person or via their virtual tour. After failing to see an apartment twice in person, I scheduled a virtual tour. Got a confirmation email via their virtual assistant who is clearly an AI bot. I finally get an email from a human 1 min after the scheduled virtual tour saying that they have to cancel. She asked me a bunch of questions on what I was looking for via email. I responded immediately, and it's been crickets for 5 days since. What a joke of a management. They are clearly not investing enough in the management team. The team looks genuinely understaffed by at least 50%. Edit: someone reached out since my review and was very helpful. Editing up to 3 stars.

Honestly I could have given a better review considering the sweet staff here. But the frequent fire alarm issues, elevator issues and passive aggressive emails on and off makes it very difficult to rate this building high. That constant fire alarm going off is definitely not worth it. I mean I’d anticipate them to have addressed this in a reasonable manner the first couple times it happened. This is not a good resident experience as much as I like the staff here and I’m sorry, the management need to hear this

I’m editing my review for a third time after signing my 4th lease here lol. I keep trying to move out of this building, but it’s in one of the best locations imaginable, and I honestly haven’t found anything better in this wonderful neighborhood. Prices have gone up, which is frustrating—I’m paying about $900 more for the same unit I moved into three years ago—but at the same time, I haven’t actually left… because it really is that good of a building. Free parking is a huge perk, especially when nearby buildings are charging a shocking $300 a month just to park. The staff also makes a big difference—Kelly Horta at the front desk is truly the nicest, most helpful, and most caring person. She goes above and beyond and makes the building feel welcoming. And honestly, they gave us a free break

I have been living here for almost 3 years and yes the construction has been incredibly frustrating, however Kelly Horta makes living here easy. She is so incredibly welcoming, accommodating , will stop what she’s doing and help you no matter what. Kelly is very professional but also cares about you as an individual. She is very positive and goes out of her way to help and find solutions.

Very attractive high-rise apartment building in downtown West Palm Beach. One of the pros is the high towers layout. Negatives unfortunately are the relatively small windows other than a few units with floor to ceiling . The balconies are nice but again underutilized I feel. Not enough units facing the full front edge of the ocean. Units are OK but not fantastic. Amenities are very nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. From the tour I would generally recommend.
