Lovely apartment group. Great shade with the beautiful big trees and plenty of sunny grassy areas. Nice little dog area for them to run around off leash. Great spot in town. Love the grocery store next door. The apartment is nice and spacious with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom.

I have lived at Parklawn Apts since 2020. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They are quick to fix things that break down. It is a wonderful place to live. Also people who live here are very friendly. It is walking distance for any place in town you want to go to. They do a great job in winter clearing the parking lots. Big thumbs up from me.

I’ve had nothing but a positive and wonderful experience living here at Parklawn Apartments. Living next to the grocery store and Dollar General not too far away, it’s been a major convenience to being here in town. As well as the post office and bank. The office manager Kathy and Mike from maintenance have been welcoming and quick to respond to any concerns, questions or requests I may have. I enjoy living here in this well kept and maintained environment.

I've lived in apartments in several major (and not so major) cities over the past 15 years and without a doubt, Parklawn has been my FAVORITE living situation! The apartments are beautiful, updated and well-maintained, and so comfortable. Lots of windows and natural light, so much closet space, and only 4 units per building so it's quiet and never an issue sharing the laundry machines in each building. Management and maintenance are always kind, attentive, and a joy to see around. They truly care about making sure their tenants are comfortable. There are lots of families with fantastic kids, and Parklawn is incredibly pet-friendly! My dog gets to socialize with people and other pups every time we step out and it's the best!
