There is always drama, people pounding on doors and drug use in the buildings, if you're unlucky like some the office manager will lie to you about the unit they stick you in, you will end up in a roach infested apartment or an apartment that has black mold in the studs and insulation on lower levels. They don't care if you develop health issues due to roach infestations or black mold within your walls and then when you ask them to fix the problem they tell you to pay for it yourself even though it's previous damages. My poor friend was lied to stuck into a unit that has layers of dead roaches and roach poop under all the flooring and they told her to pay for it out of her own pocket and she spent more than a year sick from severe allergies. The new leasing(Abby) manager is talking about her residents to her kids and it got back to one of the residents from her child. Her friend Kim moved in and now it went down hill. My mother lives here and they tried telling her that I was speeding in the parking lot at 1am last wednesday. One my vehicle was broken down, and tw why am I out that late when I have kids. I hope she doesn't get fired because she was cool before Kim moved in.

They missed their appointment to veiw models with us and didn't call. Just left a sign saying they would be back 30 mins after the appointment time. Have a full day at looking at apartments don't really have time to wait. Just gonna pass. They called me back 47 mins after my appointment...

This apartment complex has a very homey feeling to it and the staff is responsive and polite. Their rates are very affordable and the property is well maintained. It's been a pleasure living here.
