Parklane Apartments & Townhomes

I am love the community feeling at Parklane Apartments and Townhouses!! Been here for 3 1/2 years and my daughter moved into a Townhouse a year ago as she loved my place and the community setting also !! Mary and staff have always been responsible and on top of any concerns (which are very very few) !! I am also loving the updates they are doing around the buildings !! 😁

My experience at Parklane apartments and Townhomes has always been great. I lived in the townhomes for 19 years. Rising my children there. Once my children left home, I moved to Parklane apartments. My overall experience with Barrington from the management (Mary) To maintenance answering requests, to the upkeep of hallways, grounds, and improvement of townhomes and apartment has been over satisfactory to me. Great place to live, and raise your child/children.

Awesome Maintenance team at parklane! Anytime I need something done, It’s always done within 24 hours or less! I just put in a maintenance request less than two hours ago, and they just left my apartment!

The parklane apartments and townhouses is a great place to stay very peaceful not only is it peaceful Mary as the landlord made sure I had a comfortable stay . Everyone here is like a family and helps each other out making sure kids and adults are safe , I’ve had my own apartment since 16 years old and this is the most comfortable and safe environment I been at .! Anytime needed anything be fixed Mary and her maintenance team got the job done , I never been snowed in or anything thanks to her maintenance guys .! After being here for alittle over a year Mary made it possible so that I can move into the townhouses For a bigger space for me and my children.! I look forward to having her as my landlord .! She is amazing and so is everyone around here ❤️

My fiance and I moved in the beginning of this year. I love our new cozy and clean apartment! Mary has done nothing but make us feel welcomed and at home. She is super helpful any time we have a problem and genuinely cares about the people she rents out to.
