Parkland View Apartments

After visiting 5 locations in 2 weeks, we thought these were the best looking and most reasonably priced. Jessica was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.

I visited this property a little over a month ago. I went into the office for some information and I couldn't get the man's attention in the office that was off to the side he had a hoodie on over his head and a wire coming from it I am guessing it was ear buds I knocked and said excuse me about three times and then decided to just leave he was the only staff member in the office. I did snap a picture before I left . This was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.

The community is nice overall, but package and food delivery theft is a recurring problem. Without security cameras on the property, it’s nearly impossible to track or resolve these incidents. Management won’t do anything to resolve the issue either.

Lovely apartment!! We’ve lived here for a year and a half and not only are the apartments beautiful, but maintenance is so helpful. When there is a problem, which is not often at all, they’ve been there to fix it as soon as they can. The property manager is also very helpful. Gym and pool are very clean and we couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Complex desperately needs to replace windows with sound proof ones especially for apartments near 100. If you live over the garage it is very noisy when people open and close their garage doors. Appliances (stove, microwave washer/dryer) are very old and should be replaced. Washer is so old there isn’t even a fabric dispenser feature. The dishwasher is also very loud and should be updated. Pool is nice but only open for a short period of time during the year. No elevators and some apartments are on the third floor.
