Parker Square Apartments

I remember when my aunts stayed in those apartments, that was about 30 years ago. That's when thy were grate to live in. Those were the days me and my brother would spend the night over there and played in the park across the street.

Horrible staffing, my hot water in my shower hasn't worked in a year, i waited 6 months for blinds that i payed for, the pool is NEVER open and is always dirty, everytime you come at them with a problem they say that they are working on it and you don't get word back for weeks. No security but there's always something going on. it has 2 gates, but only 1 works. 90% of the washers and dryers don't work and/or get full of dirty water. The only good thing i can say is that they are great with getting people in. Most people are on housing, but if you are paying in full, they still dont care about your problems as long as the rent is paid. i waited for a dishwasher and stove for months.

Horrible horrible horrible place! I don’t and have never lived there but I had a family member there. As of right now they have no hot water. Haven’t had hot water for 7 days now (even with the freeze). I even called their emergency number and was informed that’s not an emergency. I called the health department. They said it can take up to 55 days to send someone out. That’s sad. Called Fox 26, they asked did they have heat? What does that have to do with if they have hot water? It’s just not a good place to live but some people have no choice.

Yes, Ms. Sylvia is nice and will get you approved with the quickness (that's who I'll give the 1star to otherwise it would be 0 stars). Now if they can keep that same energy with work orders that would be great! Today I was FINALLY brought a replacement stove because my oven wasn't working and each time they worked on it the oven would break within a week. The oven they brought me was dirty. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend anyone that cares about their appliances and basic fixtures working to move here. It's all bills paid for obvious reasons. I recently received a notice that cars are being broken into... Again(I had my catalytic converter stolen at one point) When my money order for rent was stolen security should have been hired right then. The property hasn't had security for about 3 yea

I've came to apply based on the good reviews about Sylvia, Jena have also been working on our application, but they didn't completed the process, ever. Silvia hide all the time, only Jena kept saying later later later, i did hear that they were facing court charges by several tenants major complaints.
