I can't say enough good things about Susan and her company. I have lived in one of her rentals for almost 3 years now, and she is always quick to respond to every email, text message, and phone call. When I needed the HVAC guy to come, he was here within 1day, and the plumber was here within hours. She is very kind, and we get along well. I would rent from her for the rest of my life if I ever left here and needed another rental. I would recommend her for interval renting as well. She keeps everything up to date and is in touch with the owners constantly. I never had one bad interaction ever. Love them!

After susan inspected the inside of my furniture drawers, refrigerator, and oven she refused to renew my lease even tho I pay quarterly on rent. She did this numerous times with some other female presant that would never introduce herself because she knew it was a violation of my tenant rights. So I left to get treatment from a Veteran Hospital from my experiences in war. She then kept the deposit and charged me 8 thousand dollars without any proof or pictures or receipts. Be warned she despises military personnel. She will make veterans homeless. #oif3 #oif5

Susan Parker at Parker Properties is an excellent property manager and Realtor. She goes above and beyond to find you the perfect property. I am so thankful that she helped my family TWICE find a home that suited our needs. Highly Recommended.

Susan Parker is a fraud. She looks for reasons to steal your money. Ex. A. She had basic cable written into the lease- that is $75 per month that I had to pay out of pocket when she did not provide this. Ex B. She stole money from the security deposit when the home was turned back over. She provided pictures of why she stole the money which included a dirty lint trap in the dryer, and a smudge of butter or something in the refrigerator. I tried to find her license with the SC LLR and so far I have been unsuccessful. Complaint has been filed with them The pictures below depict her reasoning for stealing my security deposit. BEWARE

I was looking for a home to rent in Murrells Inlet. Thankfully I found Susan at Parker Properties. She found us a beautiful home, and has been providing fantastic service for 5 years. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Parker Properties!
