We truly couldn't be happier with our experience with Parker Kane. From the very beginning, we felt personally cared for and supported throughout the entire process. Dale and his entire staff were easily accessible and answered all of our questions. The quality of their work is beautiful and has stood the test of time. We moved into our home in July of 2019, and even years later, they continue to communicate with us personally and make us feel like valued clients. That level of care, integrity and pride in their work is rare and we are grateful. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build a home they will love.

Dale and his crew were easy to work with through our custom build process. After interviewing several builders, PK Custom Homes was simply the best option from a cost standpoint as well as knowing our home would truly be “custom.” Through the process, we knew we made the right choice, as we saw the quality of work that was being put into every step. Communication was great, and their ability to incorporate our own pieces within the build was amazing. We love our home and are thankful we chose the right builder for us!

We are happy with our home overall, but the process was more challenging than expected. This was our first experience with change orders, and we were told at closing that everything was settled. Two weeks later, we received a substantial change order bill, which should have been disclosed at closing. Transparency is important, and this came as an unwelcome surprise. The cabinet contractor does quality work, but a cabinet board that did not fit was removed and has not yet been replaced despite multiple requests.

Dale, Dalton, and Elliott were amazing before, during and after our custom home build. We could not have been happier with the outcome. They walked with us and held our hands throughout the whole process. And, now, that we are finished and moved in, any issues (which happen with all new builds) have been addressed quickly and completely. Thank you gentlemen for helping us build our dream home!!
