Parker Hill

Living at Parker Hill Apartments gave me the opportunity to see the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The different people I meet almost everyday and the easy walk to Jamaica Pond, but most of all being back around the area where I was born and raised. Now it's time to move on soon.

I've been living here for a few months now (moved here for school), and it's been problem after problem. The management takes forever to respond, and this building is infested with cockroaches and rats. The laundry machines do not work. The management is also rude and inconsiderate, entering our space whenever they feel like it, without appropriate notice. There is also a lot of drug use in the lobby of the building. I do not recommend living here.

I been here for seven years and now put a package on the door stating they're trying to sell and all people on section 8 or low income need to move by December 31, 2027. So if you fit in the field don't apply because they're laying about taking Section 8

I have lived in the Parker Hill Apartments for two years and just signed for another. the building is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind. considerate, and accommodating. Being across the street from a large park is an incredibly rare find for living in Boston. The location is just a short walk to Orange and Green E line so commuting is easy! Walking distance to great restaurants like The Mission, Mission Sushi, and Penguin Pizza. I highly recommend these apartments!

SO MANY MICE Lived with rodents for twelve months. The on-site staff are great, but management is too stingy to spring for building-wide pest control or more than one maintenance person. Rent also went up by $500 a month in 2022. If you don’t mind rodents, our view was amazing and the closet space is great.
