i’ve lived here for 3+ years now and have never had any complaints ! The complex is nice to walk through, and the neighbors are clean and respectful as well. Management always keeps us informed with service announcements, events , community competitions, etc !! they are very proactive about engaging with the community. I’d also like to brag on Joshua, our property manager ! Every time i come into the office , he is so ready to tackle my concerns with a smile ! You’re in good hands if he has anything to do with your visit / phone call.

I moved to Tyler, Texas from Ohio on May 17, 2025. I was supposedly moving into an apartment that was ready to go. It was also supposed to be an updated apartment. I moved into a filthy apartment. It had damp walls, rats, cockroaches, and other bugs to an extreme. I had 19 items checked off on the move-in list that needed repaired. They never completed them in the six months I was there. I had a door that was so tight. I could barely get it open. It was so difficult. My hand turned black and blue. I pulled muscles in my shoulder and I need to have surgery. I am trying to avoid surgery, but I am at no choice. I also hurt my wrist, which I will also have surgery on. I have been humiliated by Allie. We have lived at Parker Apts for approx 18 years. We have had our share of issues, however, the newer management and Joshua and his new team have turned things around quite a bit ….. the apartments although older and in need of some updates, etc. are good value….maintenance currently steps up….and it is done in a timely manner. They do NOW listen and get back to you. The apartments are spacious and the electric bills are so much better than at other establishments according to what I have heard. Granted, these are not new and modern…..but they do have a homey feel and the neighbors, in general, are friendly and just down right personable.

I’ve had a great experience at Parker Apartments in Texas. The floor plans are incredibly spacious and well-designed—you really get a lot of room to live comfortably, which was a huge selling point for me. Everything feels open, functional, and thoughtfully laid out. I also want to give a special shout-out to Josh in the office. He was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents. If you’re looking for large floor plans and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Parker Apartments!

Living here has been such a positive experience. The property is clean, well-kept, and in a convenient location, but the biggest highlight is the manager, Joshua Tuberville. He goes above and beyond for residents—whether it’s answering questions, addressing maintenance issues quickly, or just being approachable and respectful. He keeps everything running smoothly, and it truly shows. I feel valued as a resident, and that’s because of the great management. Definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
