Parke West

I’ve lived at Parke West for nearly a year and have really enjoyed it. The building is stunning, with plenty of covered underground parking that’s great for both your car and the weather. Common areas are always clean, and the pool deck has an incredible sunset view. Noise is rarely an issue, and residents are generally respectful. Elevators can be slow during busy move-in or move-out times, but overall it’s been a very positive experience. Management is attentive, and the maintenance team is always responsive and on top of requests.

Living here has been the most pleasant experience! The staff at the front like Teresa, Casey and Caleb have been so supportive, friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend and should consider!

I have lived in many building buildings throughout Nashville and I can confidently say this is the best one! Not only is the building kept spotless, but the management team is amazing. Maintenance requests are completed very fast, the resident events are actually fun and the management team is extremely helpful! The property manager, Casey has made me feel at home since the day I signed my lease. Not only is the building beautiful and the management team is amazing but the location is spectacular! Highly highly recommend living here!

I love living here at this building , & I absolutely love the location . Everything is magnificent and it’s definitely Home. The apartment is beautiful! The views are stunning! Amenities are nice. Staff is great. That said, I need to address an issue that has made my experience uncomfortable . During the day shift, the senior concierge staff can be excessively prying, asking verypersonal questions that feel inappropriate and unnecessary. It does not feel like casual friendliness — it feels intrusive and somewhat interrogative. Additionally, being addressed with terms such as “sweetie,” “honey,” or other age-referencing language comes across as condescending and dismissive, as if I am being spoken to like a child rather than treated as an adult resident. I had a great experience with Park West from start to finish. Drew was professional, friendly, and very responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Drew took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was clear and easy to understand. The property is well maintained and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Park West to anyone looking for a great place to live .
