There isn’t much to say other than everything has been great. Sure, there were a few stumbles during our pre-lease agreement period. However, any issue that came up was quickly resolved. The move in process was very easy. And everything after that over the last several months has been nothing short of exceptional. Apartments: themselves are beautiful, while they are slightly above average rent, they are still comfortable, minimal noise from other apartments, and all amenities work well. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s taken care of quickly. I can put one in, and if they’re in the area, they will literally come over within a few hours. Neighbors are quiet, professional, and respectful. Kudos to our maintenance team, they’re wonderful! Also, I have to hand it to the apartment

just wanted to give a huge thank you to the team working behind the scenes to keep our community safe and accessible during the recent crazy weather. The roads, sidewalks, entryways, and garages have been cleared incredibly well and consistently, making it easy for residents to get around without worry. Your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication do not go unnoticed. It truly makes a difference and is greatly appreciated!

I love living at Park 125! The place is super nice and clean. The staff are always friendly and understanding, and the neighbors are great too. There is a nice pool, a golf simulator, a dog park, plenty of dog waste stations, and valet trash (which is super convenient). Everything here feels clean, comfortable, and really well taken care of. Definitely one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in and would recommend to a friend!

I found this place online a few months back. Samantha, the assistant property manager is nothing short of amazing, super transparent during the construction process, minor delays and miscommunication. Move in was easy, leases are signed digitally. I got to tour my place once I arrived to the area before it was ready, which was great. The package center is awesome to avoid missed packages. The construction is daunting, at first, but I cannot wait to truly enjoy and appreciate this place. Easy access to everything (20 minutes to most places I need to go). The hardwood floor might upset my downstairs neighbors but nothing some area rugs cannot assist with to be considerate. This complex is very quick to tow residents for minor or technical issues (not moving cars often enough, small parking mistakes, etc.), yet there are at least two vehicles that have been parked outside building 709 in the same spots for months with no action taken. One of them doesn’t even have updated registration — it’s displaying an old Nebraska plate style that hasn’t been issued since 2016. If parking rules are going to be enforced, they should be enforced fairly and consistently. Towing residents for petty violations while ignoring clearly abandoned or unregistered vehicles feels unfair and frustrating.
