if you're a drunk or a druggie who intentionally bangs on the wall and floor, watches TV at full volume at 2 a.m., slams every door, cabinet & toilet seat all day long, constantly lingers in the parking lot smoking cigarettes at odd hours, yells about all the guns they have, and routinely has police called on them, this place is perfect for you. you will never be kicked out. complaints against you by multiple other tenants will eventually be ignored. complainers will essentially be told if they don't like it to just leave and just have to accept not being able to sleep a full nights sleep one single time in over a year.

this place is a joke. The property manager don’t do her job when there is a noisy tenant they don’t do nothing about it. My wife and I were actually told by saphire that she wasn’t going to do anything about our noisy neighbor it’s going on for months saphire said she won’t do nothing. The cops say they can’t do nothing even though we got hundreds of videos That our neighbor is constantly disturbing us harassing us keeping us up at night, and she still rather kick us out then deal with the actual problem i’ve been in some really crappy apartments where the walls within like this, but the landlord would actually do something about a noisy tenant disturbing in harassing for almost 4 months straight, so I do not recommend signing a lease with Park West beakers you’re going to be misery bowl y

Awesome cute & clean apartments right across from Digikey. Lots of travelers coming through here, since the landlord offers short leases. Pets accepted! Maintenance is always quick to fix things. Landlord is super nice & understanding. Also, theres LOTS of FREE goodies at the dumpster. I've furnished my entire apt off FREE stuff thrown away.
