Park West Apartments

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at Parkwest Apartments. I received a 30-day notice followed by an eviction, and I want to express my concern about how this situation was handled. Before the eviction process began, I made several attempts to communicate with management to discuss my situation and find a possible resolution. I spoke with another manager and explained that I was trying to work things out, but I feel that my concerns were not fully heard or considered. I believe that better communication and understanding could have helped prevent this outcome. . They need to answer there phones or email messages.

I would love to share and express my gratitude and experience I’ve had with the management here at this property myisha is so amazing and helped me in a very tough situation I was facing during the holiday season her work ethic and motive to do what’s right made me all the more excited to live here and hope to get a little more involved with the amazing activities and ideas they plan for the families in the future! As a single mother of 2 and currently 6mths pregnant we need more care like this in our community ! Thank you again god bless you all ✝️🙏

Trinidad is awesome. He's so nice and very respectful. I've been here for almost a month. I feel at peace and at home in my apartment unit. It's pretty chill and quite.

These apartments make too much money to not care about the property or the people who live there! No swings on the play ground, huge hole in the roof I was walking by that hasn’t been repaired, caution tape and old paint chipping off the buildings.

My sister in law applied for an apartment over two months ago and we haven’t heard back however the rep there did not notify us that the $100 deposit would be kept If we cancelled the app because apparently they did “the work” they would keep it. After waiting for so long and we have been trying to call them multiple times to see about the status of the apartment, no one has answered and we have left multiple messages.The office is a scam. They kept her $100. We still tried to continue to call and still no contact back from the office.
