I know people say if I could give it 0 or negative stars I seriously would in a heart beat!!! Please please do not move into these apartments… they are disgusting. Full of roaches. Full of mold. Water damaged walls and boards… Maintenance try’s to help but they have so many apartments they have to go through… The office staff doesn’t not care they act like they do reel you in once ur moved in BOOM they don’t care don’t have time don’t have resources they’re busy.. the list goes on with the bullshit excuses…. I am a single mom and have had to stay because it’s all I could afford now I know why… I have finally saved enough to GTFO of there.. thank God!! The dumpsters are DISGUSTING! Some of the residents are so lazy they have their kids go throw the trash and it end up all over the floor

Don't move here. You will regret it. Filthy , dangerous, unprofessional. Everything every negative review has stated is true. Any good reviews are from so long ago it doesn't count.

They're now filing eviction lawsuits against residents for non-payment when, in fact, poor folks have already paid. How can poor folks, almost every resident in the complex, owes the OTM Harmony for back rents, some going as far back as December of 2023? Some residents, like myself, were told to pay $7000 plus for months I already paid. When you go into their office with proofs of payment, they have no records there, even though it is clear the money was received by their staff. It's sad that poor folks who have misplaced their receipts are caught up in this corporate money grab and have to repay. A lot of long-term residents have been exiting the units, tired of the nonsense! Again, they've a fraudulent online portal that has a different record than what is in the front office. The truth

Just moved here 3 weeks ago and it's the worst decision I ever made...They have no property manager so NOTHING gets done. They ignore maintenance request, they charge late fees when everything is paid on time because they are posting tenants charges late in the system. They barely have staff in the office to answer any questions and numerous other issues they have here...AVOID MOVING HERE, if you want the best for your family...I hope when my lease is up, I don't have to contact my lawyer to get things done properly but if I have to I definitely will.
