We love the service provided by our associate Jenie 🩷, who is very kind and always willing to help and resolve any issue. It's great to have someone who speaks the same language and understands our needs. We are very pleased with her help, and also with the maintenance team, Erick and Jesús, who are excellent workers. They come and fix things as soon as they receive the request, and if they can't do it right away, they let you know when they will be able to. They are always in a good mood. In short, our experience with all of them has been spectacular. Thank you, Park Village team!!!

Management at this place is amazing! My husband had to get relocation per his job at very short notice, we had to find a place. Jamie and Trisha had us in the very same week! Jamie is exellent at what she does and the whole process was smooth. I 100% recommend.

I will live here for almost 2 years. The maintenance people that they have here are wonderful. They come and fix it as soon as they get the request and if they cannot fix it, they let you know when it will be repaired. They clean up their mess and they’re wonderful. The office team is absolutely fabulous. You couldn’t ask for a nicer calmer quieter place to live

Edie has been super helpful and his knowledge is beyond vast as well as jesus and janie are certainly the most wonderful people there is ! Love park village and their employment! Highly reliable!

The pool was always dirty. Maintenance never fixed anything properly. After moving out, they sent off for collections on damages... Damages that existed prior to moving in, OR were caused by their Maintenance's inability to properly fix things. The new owner's will try to come after you for it once you leave, despite telling you face to face that everything is good. If you lease here, take videos and pictures of everything, before you move in, and again before you move out. EVERYTHING! Ceilings, walls, cabinets, under sinks, patios, carpet. If 0 stars were an option, it would be their rating.
