Pros: Gym, pool, quick response to emergencies like water damage (flooded washer) or fire damage (AC unit ignited). Staff is friendly. Common areas clean. Cons: Lots of little charges like pest control/portal software charge/service call charges etc etc (it adds up). Laundry system is ancient, takes cash-only on their card system which is only accessible in the back of the office, which will be closed during holidays, usually all Sundays, and for what ever reason no staff is in the office. Laundry system does not have a way to charge by card or online. Caution: If you decide to break the lease and leave early, you need a 60 day notice (its in the contract and fair). You will pay a lease break fee (also fair). If you leave early, they will try to fill your spot so you can retroactively

So it’s been a year and I just resigned my lease! Can you believe they are going to clean my carpets for free? It’s just two bedrooms but that’s so sweet. I enjoy my laminated floors the most however. I am still in love with living here!! My closet space is everything! I spend so much time on my balcony. I had so much fun entertaining my guests at the pool/grill area this summer. I swam so many laps in our beautiful pool. Thank you Parktowne for ensuring your tenants never want to live anywhere else.

I really have nother more to say but I regret renewing my lease to many issues and problems going on as a result of me and my child who has chronic issues are getting sick from the bed bug to the roaches to the many crack wall the smells and more I have a lot of pictures and video from day one the half job it insane but lucky I have a support team who on board with me NHRA community service board in home staffing Monday-Saturday they all has been notified and got the picture and video this is beyond me and my child we have health issues constant get respiratory infections throwing up because of the smell can't eat sleep or even enjoy the place my child is getting bit up these are the things my child is allergic to I have documentation on everything and to Ms Laura Takisha Glasgow is m

I went to apply at this apartment complex and the lady there by the name Heather had exceptional customer service. I was told this was a great place to stay by two other tenants who already stay there. I am having regrets about not going through with the entire process but things worked out different then I expected at the place I already reside. Either way this lady treated me and my four year old with the upmost respect and concern. My kid loved her and maybe one day we will return as tenants. Customer service means a lot to me so I had to leave this review. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything Heather.

Do not rent from these people you shouldn’t have to pay 200.00 for a late fee rent 5days late an y’all tap on 200.00 how inconvenient it is to y’all you don’t pay water an y’all don’t pay tenants light bill or rent so again why are y’all charging 200.00 it’s a scam they do not work with you at all on top of that rent 10 Days late they already have court papers for You no joke think I’m lying try it .the apartments has roaches they have plumbing issues the ceilings be caving In I will be contacting am Attroney about this .That 200.00 extra in their pockets it’s a scam an it’s fraud I been here for a year I will never live here again
