Park Terrace Apartment

I've been living here for a few years. I am unhappy with the new manager. She seems to have no clue about what is going on with property. Communication is poor and it is difficult to get clear answers to simple questions. Steve the maintenance tech is great! He is always willing to help and does his part to take care of the property. The apartments are outdated and below average overall I would not recommend.

Elizabeth, that lady is so rude to people, because most of the people that live in these apartments are immigrants, she thinks she can treat them anyhow. She’s so rude and always high. She gives an attitude always and talks really disrespectful. But there is another Hispanic lady that’s she’s better at talking to people.
