Very little or no support for homeowners after sale. Builders don't not return to finish work promised. Backyard was never finished. Reworks were never completed. Merridian homebuilders contracted all work out so when you call with a complaint they ask the homeowner to call plumber,electrician,heating and air,and when you do everyone says they are not responsible. The AMERICAN dream to own a home has become a nightmare dealing with builders and tha so called laws and rights in amreican.
Actually not a corporate office. It's a new neighborhood!
