Park Row Apartments

Darci is an amazing property manager and is very understanding. The apartments are big and spacious. The only thing I do not like is that there are a few washers and dryers for the park row buildings. Sometimes one or two malfunctions but are quickly fixed. However, despite there being a few washers and dryers, there are some buildings that do have washers and dryers in the basement. I believe that there should be two washers and dryers in the basement for those apartment that have them. There are some buildings that have dishwashers in the units which is a plus. There is also a porch where you can store bikes and baby strollers. These apartments are really nice but can do much better. My unit is spacious with lots of closet space. Darcie, the apartment manager, and the maintenance people are very professional and attend to issues at the earliest. Darcie was also very accommodating during my move-in since I moved from another state. But the apartments can be improved in a few ways considering the steep hikes in rent. And I wonder why some apartment buildings are better maintained than others if the rents are more or less similar. The common areas near the back door and hallways need regular cleaning. The temperature control during winter can be better maintained. Lastly, having separate washers and dryers for each apartment building would be very nice, although the common laundry works fine for me, only if people c

My whole moving in process was made possible with the help of Fernando. He was patient and informative. He made it super easy to navigate the process. I can't wait to actually move in.

I have been with park row for about a year now, this is my very 1st apartment and I must say Darcie and the maintenance team have been nothing short of amazing! Darcie has been the absolute BEST! She made the move in process so easy for me and she's 100% on top of her job, anytime you need her she gets back to you in a timely manner. Wish I could thank her 1000x!! Maintenance is friendly and very helpful, they do a wonderful job with getting any maintenance you need done, complete in a timely manner. (HUGE thank you to the gentleman who assisted me with my stove when I first moved in- unsure of his name). I plan on moving into a bigger unit with them, 10/10 would recommend!! :)

Update 5/24/24: Rents are going up citywide which makes my continued tenancy untenable. Still, i would stay if I could. Darcie Riley, the property manager, is down-to-earth and professional, and the maintenance staff are efficient and responsive. It's a great place to live. I have lived in a two bedroom apartment for three years. The location is great, the apartment itself is large with lots of closet space. I also pay $35 a month for off-street parking. The building manager is responsive to tenant complaints and maintenance requests. A good place to live, though I wish all of the buildings had a no smoking policy.
