Park Residences Plano

I was so very disappointed with Park Residences at Plano. My friend who lived there passed away. I live in Maryland she is Texas. I was told I had to be onsite to collect her belonging. I made two trips from the east coast down to Texas to discover the multitude of belongings and knew I needed a team and a truck. I was told I had to be present, so arranged to get all her belongings 11/30 along with a team to get everything loaded and leave the premise. The property manager came after we arrived and said we had until 5pm. There were impending bad storms so I had to leave and get my flight bank to Maryland leaving a staff one a professional carpenter, others packers and house cleaners because I want the apartment left in impeccable order. The resident manger came at 4pm instead of 5

Management staff are angels doing Gods work!!! They work with you to meet your needs. The residents were welcoming. Its a little piece of heaven here on earth. Heather is my angel who worked with me. The manager is also outstanding! She is a mover and a shaker!!! They made my transition to this new phase of my life doable!!! God bless my new Eden and the residents and staff!!!
