Park Raven Apartments

Hands down the nicest apartments on the east side! Most units have all brand new appliances including washer and dryer in unit. Central heating air, new electric, new piping and new AC unit. Kitchen has granite countertops and cabinets are done in a modern soft white color. Grounds are well kept and clean; would def recommend this spot for anyone looking for something nice on the east side! A+++

My experience touring Park Raven Apartments was absolutely amazing. Ms.Ariana was was such a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the tour and answering questions. She takes the time to remember and build rapport with customers. Also my toddler daughter enjoyed her presence as well. Great job Ariana

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They even have a 24/7 maintenance hotline in case of emergencies. Everyone has positive attitudes and the neighborhood is quiet, very peaceful. No rodent issues, nor bugs. Leasing office always picks up the phone. Absolutely no complaints from me!

Ariana has been so sweet, and professional. Her customer service is the best. She is very reliable when it comes to communicating. She doesn’t play about getting you into your apartment.
