Our mant Matt guy is working his self to death but the snowplow came thru and now it’s 3 ft of ice in front of my car and I’m disabled! How will I get out in days to come temps are not going to be rising ! I can’t even get to my car and I’m disabled !it didn’t do any good to scrape lot as you can not get 3 ft ahead to get to the lot!

We want to let you know how wonderful the maintenance crew at the Lofts Winchester are at their jobs. Alan Graham, Wally, and Dillion are the best, polite, friendly, quick to respond and do a great professional job in all they do. They deserve a well done. They make it a great place to live. The property management locks customer first service and poor communication to tenants as well as application process. Waits till last minute for required documents or stating lost papers. Potential HUD investigation inquiry as sketch property management practice including no clear standard work process on tenants management. Instead waisting my time to deal with management staff, I went to different property with better service and communication. This property management is using a sneaky tactics to turn away potential tenants. HUD needs to take a look at this management.

Horrible Management Company! Do not believe laws apply to them. Believe it is ok to allow residents to trespass and allow pets to dedficate on others property. Will definitely see what legal action can be done against them.
