Park Pointe Apartments

My personal review about Park Pointe Apartments! I highly recommend this excellent, outstanding and amazing apartment complex!. I currently live here and I highly recommend it. Make time to visit the office for an apartment tour. Is really worth it!. The entire staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The one bedroom apartments are absolutely stunning, very spacious, modern, gorgeous kitchen cabinets, counter tops, plenty of spacious closets, laundry room, beautiful wood floors, private balcony and more amenities that will make you fall in love with this apartments!!. The location is perfect!, Close to Walmart, great restaurants such as Origami Sushi, fast food restaurants, hospitals, schools, HC College, and best of all, Raymond James Stadium for concerts and football events

I want to acknowledge Kathy, the office manager for her dedication, I give her 5 stars. She is always pleasant and helpful to us. She goes above and beyond. I been living here since 2018, since she came to this complex, she has always been extremely helpful. She tries her best to maintain the community , the laundry room , and the pool area clean. Thank you Kathy for everything you do .

I've come to realize i love this place it reminds me of my last place not entirely as quiet as it because of this place location to traffic, outside of elements they can't control the neighborhood is pretty quiet even when occasionally have parties you won't notice it until your close to their place. The leasing office and maintenance are fairly quite to respond to any and all issues I've had, old apartments but they work.

I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of accountability at this property. Our master bathroom has been left without walls for an extended period, and bugs are entering the unit as a result. Despite numerous requests for updates, maintenance continues to provide inconsistent information saying they will arrive on a certain day, failing to show up. Even more concerning is the refusal to provide contact information for anyone above the property manager when we’ve asked to escalate the issue. We've had several maintenance emergencies, and every time it has required persistent follow-up on our part just to get a response, let alone a resolution. On one occasion we were without a working AC for a whole weekend while it was 99 degrees outside. We called emerge

I had a wonderful experience at Park Point Apartments from the moment I walked into the leasing office. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Thalia for her outstanding help throughout the application process. Thalia went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind — always ready to answer my questions and walk me through the steps. Her support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her guidance, my application was approved quickly, and I couldn’t be more excited about moving in!
