Park Place Townhomes

I was able to put up with the inconvenience until they tried to keep my deposit for ridiculous charges after moving out. I lived there for a little over a year and my air conditioner went out three times, they also ask that you let people in when you are not home to take care of repairs. We went without water on several different occasions for plumbing issues. 1 of those times we went without water for almost a week, I had my rent on auto pay and was never late through out my stay, upon my move out I was supposed to have a standard cleaning fee deducted of $295.00 instead they notify me that they will actually not refund my 1600 deposit. 10/23/25 update on review Id love to respond on your comment but it seems i dont get an option for that. Several months ago I posted a review about this establishment. And was asked to be removed, so that I will keep to myself. But I did mention that management was very rude and did not have any customer service tactics. Many of the things that had to be fixed or done to the apartment which by the way were a hazard were not attended to. I hope that you inspect every inch of the apartment and see what your getting for your 💰 when it comes to making business with them.

Lived there would not recommend. First moved in bedbugs turned out the person before complained about the some thing… so before I moved all my stuff in I had to get rid of them cause property management would not and it was day 2 I woke up after the first day and complained…Gate was always broken pool was closed a lot and kids with no supervision…the favoritism was real and air conditioner went out I went all summer with a portable in my unit case they was so busy me and my kids had to sleep in that small living room cause the house was hot

We have been living here for just over 6 years. The process moving in and filling out paperwork was super easy as it was all done digitally. We could've gone anywhere else but we always felt this was a great place to call home so we stayed for so long, we always felt safe here and that is always important. Management is always on top of their stuff as we've never had any issues that couldn't be resolved by either management or maintenance. Maintenance always gets the job done and as soon as possible, same day even. We look forward to calling Park Place our home for as long as we need to. Keep up the great work.

We notified property management of suspected mice , to which they say they sent out an exterminator and no one was home while I was at work and no one informed me of the visit or called ect. Another week went by and I went back again and notified property management of the issue again after finding droppings EVERYWHERE and to which they sent someone out and placed traps . The traps caught RATS inside the apartment unit and a HOLE from the exterior backyard wall into the kitchen was chewed through by multiple rats The wall was “fixed “with caulking and the rats CONTINUED to chew through the patched hole. Each time management was notified and would send out a maintainer repair tech not an exterminator. Looking further it is extremely clear that wall was repaired in the same spot , long befor
