The property mgr is amazing. Rare to find 24/7 access to her. Scarlette always respond to phone calls, texts or emails within 24 business hours. The apartment complex itself is truly highest value in Ouachita Parish. I would indeed rent there again either with Scarlette or someone that she manages or trained by her! From moving in to moving out of this fairly new place, Scarlette is best customer service ever...

A great Apartment Community with top notch amenities (Pool, Gym and garbage included) and other services..Excellent for Family, Students and more...Excellent management...On site Courtesy Officer available as well as Excellent maintenance anytime..Gated area..Safety is top priority and Park Place has you in mind

Lived here for a week. Apartments are very nice, but it can be very difficult exiting onto the highway.
