If you have another option, all the better, because this complex is a disaster. The exterior is dirty, messy, and unmaintained. I've been living here for over a year, and there's always mold in my room, which is harmful to my health. I have a 4-year-old daughter who frequently has respiratory problems, and I've been emailing them for a month asking them to fix this issue, but they haven't. I spoke to the person in the office, and they were very arrogant. They charge for pest control, and there are always cockroaches everywhere! What terrible service! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I had a pleasure of working with the Regional manager Ms. Teryl and she really helped me and made the process smooth and showed she cared. My apartment was as expected and ready to move in on the anticipated date. The complex is very quiet and peaceful! Ms. Teryl is a wonderful caring person and was heaven sent, right when I needed her the most!

The inside of apartments are nice but the maintence is half assed. There is trash beer bottles around the entire complex. Most the screen doors are eaither broken, completely off,don't shut, or just look awful. They def need to at least pressure wash the building and put some grass and plants down. It is nice and quiet and no problems with any other residents. Just seems like apartments needs to step up their game. In two days if pressure washing changing screen doors and picking up trash. it wd be a nice community

The Property Manager Austin is just amazing. I love his sense of customer service. I immediately felt welcome and at home

There is lack of communication with this place and the regional property manager is very rude. They don’t give people time to do anything or give notices before having a vehicle towed. The pools are always closed. They paint over anything in the way (dead bugs, random trash, dirt, things left behind from previous tenants.), they don’t get things fixed in a timely manner or even give an advanced notice when maintenance is to be expected. Just very unprofessional and noncooperative. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.
