Heading to 2 Years of torture living in this building they keep lying about when construction was going to be over, construction continues I live with a constant drill 9am to 5pm, I’m pretty sure I’m loosing my mind, this building has been the most awful living experience I had in my life and as an immigrant who escaped from a communist country that should say a lot, I wish there was some way to get my money back or head back in time to change my decision of living here. Basement smells like garbage due to bad isolation of the dumpster, the pool smells like literal dog poop because they made a 5x5 meters dog bathroom right next to the pool that the whole building and their grandmas use for their dogs the smell it’s AWFUL By last the smell of the hallways on your way home it’s also terrib

I lived here for 13 months and would not recommend it to anyone. Pros: - Some staff members, like Alex and one other lady, were consistently kind and helpful. Cons: TL;DR: Avoid for the sake of your mental and physical well-being. - Extremely noisy location – We had to wear active noise-canceling headphones just to sleep. If you're not into partying every weekend, this isn't the place for you. - Frequent intrusions – Management enters your unit too often for all kinds of reasons. If you work from home, expect constant disruptions. - Persistent chemical odor – The elevator and hallways always had an unpleasant chemical smell. - Poor maintenance – The pool was **forced to** close for a period due to cleanliness issues (would you still want to use their pool in this case?), the carpet was

when I first came here a very nice lady named Karol helped me she introduced me to a young man named Alex and he moved mountains for me and so much more to get the apartment. without him and Karol we would have not be able to find a home. they are the best and will take great care of you! thank you so much park place

I've been at Park Place 4 years now and have truly enjoyed my time. From the Leasing Office to the Management office with Security and Maintenance in between, all the staff have been friendly, considerate, and professional. Leo has always held up the rules in a fair manner and his staff from Maria on down uphold those standards. The building itself is older, but it's well taken care of. It has two gyms that are functional and provide you a space to work up a sweat if necessary. The pool area is pretty large and has BBQ areas as well for you to entertain family/guests. So far in these 4 years, I haven't had any issues with my neighbors, as a matter of fact, I can't remember ever having an issue with anyone in the building. I recently moved to this building, and I can really say it’s a good place. It’s close to everything, price is affordable and has nice amenities such as pool, gym, and parking spot came with the apartment. One of the managers- Alex, made sure application process went smooth and helped a lot with move-in process.
